Our B&B Inn compromises of four distinct homes. The Main House, which is our private residence. The Annex, which consists of 3 bedrooms each with their own private bath, and a shared kitchen and large sitting area. Our Casita, a king suite. And our two guest homes. All of which are joined by our beautiful gardens, patio, and veranda. It is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Tucson within walking distance of the University of Arizona campus, shops, restaurants, museums, and theaters.

Peppertrees B&B Inn was the original creation of Marjorie Martin and her son Christopher Martin who purchased the properties in 1978 and used it as a family residence prior to opening it as a B&B Inn in October of 1988. All additions and renovations were carefully designed and carried out by Christopher Martin. In January of 2003, Marjorie Martin retired, and her daughter Jill Light McCormick and her husband Ron McCormick moved from back east and took over the operation of the Inn.

Jill Light McCormick is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and a nationally renowned Pastry Chef that was chosen as the opening executive Chef for the Four Seasons Hotel's landmark property in New York City. She has won many accolades and awards, and has been published numerous times for her work & expertise. Ron McCormick has spent his entire adult life working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the country in the front of the house, where he learned what true customer service is about. Together, they bring years of experience and professionalism to the property.
