**Holidays and Special Event Weekends can incur higher rates
 - A two night stay is required for special event & holiday weekends.
- Children are accepted in the guest houses.
-For “Group Reservations” of three or more rooms there is a service charge of eighteen percent (18%) added to the pre-tax total of the reserved rooms.
- Advance reservations are highly recommended.
- All reservations require a guarantee by Visa, Master Card, Discover or a deposit by check. Cancellation affect us greatly because when you book with us, we hold your room and turn away others, therefore we adhere to a strict policy. Any reservation that we book and hold for more than 30 days will be billed a $35.00 cancellation fee if canceled. Any reservation canceled within 7 days of the reservation is subject to a one night charge. Any reservation canceled within five days of a reservation is subject to full charge. If we are able to re-sell your room in its entirety, you won’t be billed in full. To shorten your stay you must notify us please at least 7 days prior to check-in. Special Event Periods and Group Reservations have additional cancellation policies and you will be notified of them at time of booking. Extenuating circumstances, with verifiable proof will always be taken into consideration.
- No credit or refund will be given for no shows.
- Late arrivals only by special arrangement.
- Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- Smoking is only allowed outside on the patios.
- We do not accept pets.
